LIME TREATMENT
A lime treatment will help to "sweeten" the soil and correct pH imbalances. It will also enable fertilizers and minerals to be utilized more freely and evenly to ensure that your lawn reaches its full growth potential.
Recommended every year and a must for all new lawns.

GRUB CONTROL
Grubs attack your lawn at the "grass roots," Brown spots that can be lifted easily away from the soil can be results of damage. When left untreated, the damage can result in costly turf renovations.
The best time to treat is September and/or any time they are present.

CORE AERATION
Aeration is the mechanical removal of small cores of soil 2 1/2 inches deep and 8-9 plugs per square foot. Removing these cores allows air, moisture and fertilizers to penetrate deep into the root zone.
This reduces thatch and compaction and is recommended each year.

SHRUB HYDRAULIC ROOT FERTILIZATION
Deep root fertilization is the injection of slow release fertilizers and micronutrients into the soil 4 to 6 inches below the surface. This provides health and vigor to your plantings as well as protection against heat, air pollution, insect, and disease problems.
This process can be done in spring and fall.

CRANE FLY CONTROL
Two Treatment Program
Treatments are done Spring and Fall for this new turf damaging insect. In Spring the larva come out of the ground and can be seen on driveways, sidewalks, and curb areas in masses. In fall the adults merge from the ground, mate and lay new eggs. They look similar to a an over sized mosquito with long legs. It is common to see the adult crane fly gather on the side of houses in late summer or early fall.

DISEASE CONTROL
This granular treatment inhibits the growth of Red Thread, Dollar Spot, and Rust diseases. Its nutrient based organic matter is fortified with Calcium, Magnesium, and Sulfur to provide supplemental fertility. It is formulated to change a soil structure environmental this is conducive fro reducing fungi outbreaks in WNY lawns due to global warming/acid rain.

This service will provide control for unsightly weeds and grasses found in unilock patios, fence lines, parking lots or most grassy areas. This can be applied twice per season (late Spring / Summer)
